About Michael A. Galer

A Legacy of Experience
Michael A. Galer, CPA, CFP® has over 22 years of experience providing tax and accounting services for individuals and small businesses and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Boston College, and is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Enrolled Agents. Prior to establishing his own practice, Michael's employment at CPA firms includes 14 years as a staff accountant at his late father's company, Melvin Galer, CPA.
Michael's expertise encompasses both tax planning and preparation, as well as auditing, financial statements and offers & compromise. He has served in numerous civic and community-wide organizations, including the Canton Finance Committee, Chairman and member of the Canton Board of Library Trustees, and the Canton Technology Committee.
